About
Life isn’t easy and sometimes we need a safe space to process difficult emotions, heal and find ways to move forward. Sometimes we need additional tools to resolve couple conflicts or deepen the couple connection. And then there are times we are grieving the loss of a loved one, a friend, or a dream and we need to talk and cry it out and heal. And then there are times we meet “the one” and want to build a relationship that lasts through life’s transitions. And sometimes we’re just anxious and our worry thoughts disrupt our thinking and daily living and we need to free ourselves of it or learn better coping skills to manage it.
I invite clients and couples to relax and settle, to share their stories and offer compassion to themselves and to others. Working together, we identify and clarify challenges you face while also uncovering your strengths and the strategies to help you build a meaningful and joyful life.
If you feel upended or overwhelmed, need to process hard emotions, or want to work on building a stronger relationship, I invite you to reach out and set an appointment with me. It would be an honor to meet with you and learn your story and help you find hope and dig for joy.
