My practice supports moms and dads of children of all ages and are struggling with anxiety, depression, perinatal and postpartum depression and anxiety, trauma symptoms, grief and loss, life transitions and parenting. I am a certified Brainspotting clinician and have specialty training in supporting perinatal, postpartum and maternal mental health, and parents. I believe the well-being of parents is essential to the well-being of the family; You will be amazed at the shifts that can happen in a family when you begin to take care of yourself.
I have a unique and powerful approach when supporting parents. I offer psychotherapy combined with Brainspotting, which offers an extra supportive layer of insight and processing. I also bring my authentic self to my practice as I created this practice after becoming a depleted, anxious, raging mom myself and found healing and a way forward.
I truly believe parents have a unique set of needs and parenting brings up a unique set of feelings. Being a parent is hard. I have created this practice for parents to have a space to take care of themselves. What if parents learned to put the oxygen mask on themselves first? I hold a lot of hope for my clients and believe in the ability to heal.
