My focus is on treating you as an individual with unique needs and goals and I will work with you to develop strategies for change based on the information you bring to each session.
My main areas of training and expertise have focused primarily on healing from trauma, childhood issues, and chronic mental health issues. I am an EMDR Certified therapist. I am also well versed in addressing parenting concerns, depression, anxiety, self-esteem and relationship difficulties, along with many others issues that my clients may be facing.
