Welcome! I am a postdoctoral therapist experienced in working with children, adolescents, and adults from a variety of backgrounds, with diverse interests and values. My passion is to help my clients navigate life transitions and challenges in a way that feels meaningful and authentic, in an environment where they feel safe and supported to explore what matters most to them. As your therapist, you can expect me to listen attentively, be curious about your experience, and ask questions that help us work toward your goals in therapy.
I specialize in therapy focusing on trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, navigating difficult family and interpersonal relationships, identity, and life transitions, such as a change to a relationship, leaving home, or starting out in a new position or location. I am passionate about working with teens and young adults, executives, and couples.
Life can be so wonderful and so challenging at the same time. Therapy is an opportunity to step back and reflect on challenges, build awareness about what we want out of life, and nurture the skills we need to build that life and become the person we want to be. I'm here to help my clients navigate that journey, and be a source of support in a safe place.

My approach varies based on each individual's unique needs, which may evolve over the course of therapy. I tend to implement a blended approach - with some depth psychology (such as psychodynamic psychotherapy) and some problem-focused approaches (such as CBT and DBT) - in order to offer clients modalities targeted at the specific issues and challenges they're facing.
