I provide individual and relationship therapy (couples, family, etc) to clients who are struggling to feel securely connected in their most important relationships, with a focus on serving those in healthcare and helping professions (including other therapists) who suppress, avoid, defer, people-please, peace-keep, dissociate, or lash out. Your relationships may feel tense, chaotic, strained, or unfulfilling. The same conflicts replay over and over. It's hard to open up, trust, and rely on others. You need backup. I can help.
Together we can work towards feeling connected, seen, safe, and loved by getting curious about your experience, your needs, your history, how you’ve made it this far, and what’s missing. We will practice new ways of being and attend to unmet needs. We’ll face the scary stuff - conflict, big emotions, trauma - and make sense of it together.
