I enjoy working with teens, families, and adults to assist them in emotional and relational issues. One of my greatest passions is helping others achieve a deep sense of personal growth and to create a life for themselves that brings them joy, fulfillment, and a strong sense of purpose. I care deeply for my clients and really hear them. Reducing worry, improving mood, and helping clients reconnect authentically with themselves and others are some of my favorite goals. I help clients with issues such as past traumatic experiences, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, codependency, shame, attachment, and low self-esteem.
In addition to my work with adults, I also enjoy my time with teens. Kids process life and express themselves differently than adults, and therapies should complement and address this special developmental time. I offer cognitive modalities, experiential exercises, and mindfulness techniques to help teens explore their inner world.
Individuals and families in the midst of difficulty need targeted and tailored approaches that are developmentally appropriate and offer validation, kindness, compassion, and empathy. These concepts are a strong pairing to reach goals and find lasting, loving solutions.
