I’m a therapist serving all of Texas. I’m mom to 2 pretty bad-ass teenagers, a best friend to several gorgeous people, and a partner (I’m polyamorous, and have two partners currently). My friends, family, clients, and partners are the most important things on the planet to me. I have several cats, who are terrible, and I love them. I am a Health At Every Size provider. Four things that always make me happy: good coffee, The Office, a good eyeshadow palette, and fresh hydrangeas.

I am certified in TF-CBT (trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy), and practice often out of that mode of therapy. I also lean heavily on solution-focused theory, and the enneagram, although I change things up to fit each client that I’m working with.

I have experience and greatly enjoy working with: Polyamory/Non-Traditional Relationships, LGBTQ+, Eating Disorders, Body Image Issues, and Sexuality/Kink. I look forward to helping you and your loved ones reach your goals!
