About
Breaking the stigma of mental health begins by choosing to be healthy for you. It's not easy to trust someone, especially when struggling with mental health because it makes us feel vulnerable. Please know vulnerability is not a weakness. My passion is helping and that includes creating a space that is comfortable and allows individuals to be their authentic selves. We all have a story that includes various experiences. I enjoy helping individuals to gain an understanding of their stories to provide them with clarity and empowerment. My experience includes domestic violence, trauma, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders.
I am currently offering sessions on Saturdays and Sundays for individuals or couples. I have been helping people since 2014 in various roles. I am currently a Ph.D. student and I operate from a person-centered approach because I believe each person is the expert in their own life. I also have experience in CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy.
I enjoy working with people and I invite you to contact me by phone or via email. I will be glad to take this journey with you and together we can move forward so you are no longer feeling stuck but empowered.
