Have you ever wondered, "why did I just do that?" or felt conflicted with different sides of yourself? Have you ever felt completely confused why others seem to live easy lives and you don't? We can work together to understand what's important to you and how you want to live your best life. I offer a safe space for people of all ages (3-103!) to be understood and cared for without judgement or pressure. Sometimes this is working through stress within a family and it's affect on family members. Sometimes this looks like learning new ways to cope with anxiety or improve how we talk to ourselves.

My approach varies for each individual or family, but is always rooted in compassion and acceptance. I use mindfulness techniques to help people feel calm and safe, and coaching for parents struggling with their kid's behavior. I use SPACE, ACT, ERP, I-CBT and CBIT. I offer Internal Family Systems for trauma work.

If you or your loved one is struggling with sadness, anxiety, or stress related to neurodivergence, I can help you be with those feelings. I would be honored to join your or your family's journey. Available for in-person and telehealth sessions.

Parenting is challenging, and parents of kids with brain and behavioral differences often experience increased stressors and isolation. This group aims at reducing that isolation and providing a platform for parents to explore their own coping skills, learn some new ones, and build up their children's ability to cope with the world. Drawing from DBT, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and IFS, we explore how to challenge ourselves to be neuroaffirming of our children's experiences and accepting of our own.

Tourette is a neurodevelopmental disorder often diagnosed in childhood, and while its main symptom is uncontrollable movements and sounds, called tics, tics are just the tip of the iceberg. This group seeks to provide support for parents who want to learn more about supporting the behavioral challenges and co-morbid conditions associated with Tourette. This is a psychoeducation group aimed at providing parents with an understanding of the treatments and interventions used to support children with Tourette, but is not a therapeutic support group.
