Change can happen and I want to help you get there. I work from a person centered, trauma informed lens and primarily practice EMDR therapy. My technique is also influenced by Internal Family Systems. I also provide group therapy! I'm a therapeutic game master and I run adult and teen D&D group therapy sessions virtually, biweekly, for 2hrs each session.
I have experience helping clients to navigate difficult life transitions, process traumatic memories, manage anxiety symptoms, and build a stronger relationship with themselves. Groups
Dungeons and Dragons Group Therapy
I am trained as a therapeutic game master and I run virtual, adult, dungeons and dragons therapy groups biweekly in the evenings. As your therapist and game master, I will homebrew a campaign that is unique to the needs and goals of the party. Through gaming, we can work on several different topics like anxiety, communication, assertiveness, boundary setting, empowerment, empathy, people pleasing, impulsivity, problem solving, leadership, emotion regulation, and so much more. I'm in the process of forming a 14+ teen group as well. Current groups are Monday evenings from 6:30pm - 8:30pm EST.
