I specialize in working with adults struggling with Intergenerational Family Trauma, Anxiety, Feelings of Shame/Self-Esteem, Relationship Issues, as well as Dissociative Identity Disorder. I use evidence-based modalities of treatment, such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, and come from a Trauma-Informed and Systems lens.
