I work with both children and adults, meeting each person where they are with warmth, patience, and genuine care. With children, I use expressive arts and parent coaching to help young ones process their world creatively while equipping caregivers with tools to support them at home. With adults, I specialize in grief, trauma, chronic illness, and relationship challenges, helping you move through life's hardest seasons without having to do it alone.
