My approach is warm, relational, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Drawing from psychodynamic, somatic, and CBT-informed approaches, we'll explore your history, notice the patterns that may be running the show, and begin connecting the pieces in a way that feels meaningful. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
