I feel as though it is my life’s work to be a therapist. I find deep purpose in holding space for your experience and mirroring back to you the insight you want to heal and live a life you feel is worth living. I am an LPC and I specialize in attachment trauma, PTSD, EMDR, anxiety, intimacy and relationship issues. An ideal client for me is someone who wants to have more meaningful relationships, has trauma symptoms they want to find a way to resolve so they can create agency and who is committed to exploring the hard spaces alongside me to feel relief. I believe we can heal our best in relationship and connection with others.
I have experience in treating individuals with a myriad of mental health symptoms, traumas of all kinds and personality issues that impact the life they want or the things they hope to find in the world. I am trained in EMDR and am able to provide trauma resolution to those suffering from unresolved feelings, thoughts and experiences that still linger.
I use many different types of interventions such as IFS, EMDR, existential work, narrative work and family of origin work to explore with and teach people how to navigate a new life. I would love to chat with you and see if we are a good pairing for what are looking for in a therapeutic space.
