I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and enjoy working with individual clients including teens, older adults and everything in between. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues or a life transition, I will meet you wherever you are in your healing journey. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, some of my main focus areas are gender affirming care, as well as sexual issues. I am also kink allied, sex-work allied, and specialize in open and poly relationships.
Therapy with me is nonjudgemental. I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help, especially if you're struggling with sexual issues or experiences. I am trained in EMDR and have experience using mindfulness-CBT, ACT and parts work. I come from a person-centered and strength-based approach.
