I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my graduate degree in Professional Counseling in 2009. I have worked in several capacities of counseling and coaching. I have worked as a Career Coach. I have conducted presentations on personality assessment interpretations and occupational soft skills. I work with clients experiencing depression as a result of loss, conflict resolution - supporting individuals with communication challenges, and guidance on managing relationships in a healthy way. Together our work is to bridge the gap between hope and despair.
I believe that communication in all relationships should be safe and effective. With that, I support the investment of therapy, as the key to growth and progress, as well as success in building healthy relationships. I counsel using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy with an Existential Therapy collaboration.
I work primarily with individuals within the marriage and family structure. I have experience working with pre-marital and marital couples, as well as individuals within a group dynamic. In addition, I work with adults and young adults in therapy.
