I work with people who have trouble with relationships, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, rage fits, addiction/alcohol, have gone through trauma, racing thoughts and/or grew up in unhealthy homes. People who at times wish they could escape life and need support to remember how to smile, or sometimes learn how to smile (for real) for the first time. If someone uses legal and/or illegal substances and wants to quit or not, I support your decision. If you want to ease your anxiety, anger, trauma and/or sadness and want to feel happy, I believe you deserve that! :)

There are many different ways to work together and you can choose what you feel comfortable doing, whether you need to get something off your chest and need me to listen or want to set a goal and need help reaching that goal; we can figure that out together.

I am not judgmental and like giving praise and if we work together, I will like you to lead the way since you know yourself better than anyone, but some people like suggestions or advice, just let me know.

I like to use different modalities depending on the client, but I always use trauma informed care. The ones I feel work quickly in calming the nervous system and grounding are somatic and poly vagal. I enjoy inner child work and EMDR techniques as well. We'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress to meet your goals.

Weekly in-person, trauma informed & judgement free group to meet others going through similar experiences. Bullying wont be tolerated. Group will start with an ice breaker. Will teach skills to lower anxiety, anger, sadness and/or stress, and to boost self-care and positive coping skills. Anyone can bring up a topic to discuss such as life issues, mental health symptoms, relationship issues, triggers, intense feelings, weekly stressors etc. We will end with grounding exercises.
