As a therapist, I am committed to helping others feel understood and appreciated for who they truly are. I view the process of therapy as a collaborative partnership, guiding individuals to uncover their own deep wisdom and power to create a life of purpose. I place an emphasis on rapport building by providing therapeutic support rooted in curiosity and compassion. I am passionate about supporting individuals who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community as well people with complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic health conditions, and substance abuse.

I work in an integrative and holistic fashion, focusing on the mind-body-spirit connection to help individuals reclaim their true essence. I utilize a comprehensive framework, which includes components of, Somatic Experiencing, ACT, EMDR, attachment theory, mindfulnes, Reiki, yoga and breathwork practices, to support transformation.
