Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over seven years of experience working with adults navigating mental health challenges as well as those seeking additional support during life transitions. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can grow, gain clarity, and work toward becoming the best version of yourself. I can help you strengthen assertiveness skills for the workplace, manage stress, and explore what you envision for the next phase of your life. In our first session, you can expect to complete some initial paperwork and share basic background information.
We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I may ask questions to better understand your history, strengths, and patterns so I can get a fuller picture of who you are.
Most importantly, this session is about building rapport. It’s an opportunity for you to ask questions, get a feel for my approach, and begin establishing a comfortable, supportive therapeutic relationship. What stands out about my approach is that I treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.
