I combine multiple approaches to help the client reconnect with their authentic self then provide support while we figure out the neccesary steps to truly honor that self. We each have our own story and I work with each client to help unravel unhelpful patterns, increase coping skills, and build a new life narrative. Ultimately, my hope is to help you become the best version of yourself.
I work with individuals (aged 12+). While specializing in grief/loss, trauma, and life transitions, I have experience working with anxiety, mood disorders, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and career decisions. I enjoy getting to know my clients, working with each collaboratively to set goals and treatment plans to fit individual needs.
