About
I believe my purpose as a therapist is to walk alongside you in moments that your struggles seem too much to handle alone. Sometimes life moves too fast, or you feel stuck and overwhelmed in your current situation. I strive to provide a gentle and understanding approach to walk with you through your pain and guide you to taking control of your life. It is important to me that you have control over what you want to gain through therapy and that you may do so in a non-judgmental and safe environment.
I work with couples, individuals, and families and strive to encourage understanding and open communication to bring healing and build fulfilling and secure relationships. My goal is to work with you in any situation you are faced with no matter how small or large it may seem. I use a client-centered foundation to support clients moving forward in growth.
You are not alone in your struggles. I am here to face those battles with you.
