I have also created 2 coaching programs. 1st is a 12 week coaching program helping busy women to create & cultivate sustainable fitness, nutrition, & relaxation routines so they can become their healthiest selves. The 2nd is working with women in their careers & businesses to master their mindset & maximize their potential.
