My name is Katrina Engstrom and I work with children and adults who are dealing with trauma/abuse, PTSD, relationships issues within the family, personality disorders, autism spectrum, ADHD, developmental disabilities, depression, anxiety, alcohol recovery, women's issues, eating disorders, parenting, and more. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions to children and adults.
I offer play therapy, sand tray, child parent psychotherapy, family therapy to children of all ages. I utilize several types of interventions/modalities always tailored to meet client needs. I provide EMDR, IFS- Internal Family Systems, Circle of Security parenting as well as several other modalities.
I have deep regard and respect for all human beings and I believe it is an honor to help people feel safe and connected so they are comfortable exploring, sharing, and healing. I believe that we all have the capacity to heal and grow and sometimes that journey requires help from another human being that can share and hold that space with us.
