Hi, I’m Katrin “Kat” Wood, LMHC (WA), MAAT, Professional Counselor Associate (OR), ATR-P, RYT 200. I work with clients on a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, dissociation, and relationship challenges. Many people I support feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. My approach is creative, compassionate, and trauma-competent, building on strengths you already have to open new paths to healing. I welcome people of all identities and backgrounds, offering a safe, affirming space to process your story, build resilience, learn new skills and move toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
I specialize in supporting adults, kids, teens, and families with anxiety, depression, trauma, dissociation, infertility/TTC, gender exploration and dysphoria, body image issues, & relationship concerns. My approach is creative and trauma-informed, blending art therapy, mindfulness, and playfulness to foster resilience, healing, and a stronger sense of self.
