I support those feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected and longing for a greater sense of peace, confidence, empowerment and connection with others and Life. My clients may have big feelings, experience chronic issue, care deeply about the world, and struggle with anxiety, depression, eating issues/body dysmorphia and other issues that keep them living small. I believe we heal ourselves -and the world- together. Through our therapeutic relationship we will co-create an empowering space to release symptoms and patterns that no longer serve, in order to cultivate your true self.
My approach is present, relational, social justice oriented, science informed, and intuitive. I hold caring, active and directive space . My transpersonal, trauma informed approach uses Somatics, Polyvagal, DBT, ERP and more. Together we will move toward not just symptom reduction, but thriving and feeling connected to your self and purpose.
It's hard to live in this world right now, especially if you are sensitive, empathic, and/or spiritually driven. It’s not your fault. Your focus on your own healing helps heal the whole and is part of the liberation from systemic oppression. It’s not selfish. And you do NOT have to do it alone. It provides a safe, nonjudgmental space to share experiences, process emotions, and connect with others who truly understand the challenges. The group combines emotional support with practical somatic techniques to help regulate the nervous system, reduce tension, and build resilience. Whether seeking coping tools, understanding, or a sense of belonging, participants are welcomed at any stage of their journey. The group is inclusive, accepting OHP, and focuses on healing, growth, and empowerment in a compassionate environment. 6 week group.
