I specialize in mood disorders, psychosis, trauma, and personality disorders. My approach includes EMDR for trauma, Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (ISRT) for bipolar disorder, CBT-P for psychosis, and I am a Certified Trauma Professional. I am also one of the few clinicians in the U.S. trained in Family-Focused Therapy (FFT) for bipolar disorder.

Even when it feels like you’re alone, you don’t have to face this journey by yourself.
