Today, let's start becoming the best version of you! I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, and issues with adjustment to life stressors. I am elated to start this journey with you! I utilize a client-centered approach that focuses on the client's strengths, cultivating coping skills, and self-regulation. I engage clients with talk therapy and evidence-based methods such as CBT, trauma-focused CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing while creating a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and issues with adjustment to life stressors. I also enjoy working with couples and families experiencing relational conflicts. I welcome clients throughout the lifespan and of all walks of life who are experiencing issues with adjustment.
It is a priority for me to maintain open and non-judgmental communication. I provide a warm and empathetic demeanor while actively listening to clients as they express emotions, reflect, and process. I will remain calm and supportive in with challenging topics and situations.
