Thank you for your interest in my practice. I believe in meeting clients where they are and in using evidence-based practice in my work with clients. I offer evening and weekend appointments.

The approaches I typically use are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Gottman Method for Couples Therapy. I have experience working with acculturation issues, bereavement, grief (children and adults), post partum depression, and trauma.

I utilize an integrative/eclectic approach and combine different therapeutic tools to fit the needs of the individual client, family, or couple. I work with individuals of all ages and strive to provide culturally competent therapy.
