It can feel overwhelming and hopeless especially when you, your child and/or family is struggling. You are not alone. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I provide a safe place for teens, families, and individuals to work through all of the emotions experienced through out life's challenges.
Whether its anxiety, depression, grief or otherwise unknown, I provide a virtual safe space to explore all of the emotions you may be experiencing and help guide you in finding healthier ways to cope. You'll get the opportunity to better understand the root of your emotional experiences while feeling more empowered to help yourself each step of the way.
