Therapy with me is a place where you do not have to perform, prove your pain, or leave parts of yourself at the door. We can be curious about what shaped you without blaming you for how you adapted, and gently make room for a life that feels safer, freer, and more fully your own.

I work with women and LGBTQ+ adults navigating trauma, anxiety, complicated relationships, sex and intimacy concerns, and major life changes. I offer individual and couples therapy and am trained in EMDR. My approach is relational, feminist, and body-aware, with space to understand old patterns and feel more grounded.

Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable or anxiety-producing, especially when you’re used to handling everything on your own. You don’t need to know exactly what to say or where to begin.
