My role is to guide, support, and challenge my clients in ways that help them reclaim their agency, reconnect with themselves, and begin to imagine a life beyond survival—a life rooted in clarity, peace, and meaning.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, grounded in evidence-based practices, and focused on the unique needs and experiences of each individual I work with. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychoeducation, mindfulness practices and play therapy for children.
