As a counselor, I feel honored to work with clients who are navigating complex challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma. My ideal client is not defined by a lack of struggle, but by a willingness to show up, even when things feel overwhelming or uncertain. My role is to guide, support, and challenge my clients in ways that help them reclaim their agency, reconnect with themselves, and begin to imagine a life beyond survival—a life rooted in clarity, peace, and meaning.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, grounded in evidence-based practices, and focused on the unique needs and experiences of each individual I work with. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychoeducation, mindfulness practices and play therapy for children.
