I offer guidance in dealing with compassion fatigue, attachment challenges, body image struggles, and family dynamics.
My experience extends to helping first responders, those dealing with postpartum depression/anxiety, and those navigating hospice. My approach is client-centered, and I am here to walk alongside you in your journey to healing and growth. Therapy is a space for reflection, empowerment, and positive change.
