Let me help you take control of you life and reactions. I love helping people learn more about themselves and why they think and do the things they do. Together we can identify the reasons you feel stuck or the why's of your thoughts. I work with individuals, children, and families to help them address their needs and learn more about themselves. Everyone can benefit from learning more about their emotions, new coping skills and communication skills. Expanding these areas allows you to feel more safe, connected and understood. I love helping people explore and find their true self, including gender and sexual identity.
I don't believe in a "one size fits all" style. I use a mix of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy and Play Therapy along with other interventions to best fit the needs of each individual client. Together we can create treatment goals and work to address your specific needs.

While we have all heard the saying "it takes a village", the transition to being a new parent can feel isolating while This group aims to help grow your "village" and connect new parents with children under 12 months old. Bring your baby with you in a space to discuss the struggles and joys of being a new parent and connect with others going through the same changes and challenges. Lead by a Licensed Professional Counselor who gets it, also being in the first year of a child's life.
