My first goal in therapy is building safety, trust and a genuine therapeutic connection with my clients! I have an eclectic approach to therapy based on the individual needs of the client that includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Grief Counseling, Solutions-Focused, Mindfulness to teach coping skills to improve the symptoms experienced by the client.
