I work best with adults who’ve carried heavy things for a long time—veterans, first responders, trauma survivors and those navigating grief, moral injury, or major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but quietly unraveling on the inside. You may feel misunderstood or used to handling everything on your own. In this space, you don’t have to spend weeks explaining or justifying what you’ve been carrying. We focus on helping you finally set it down.
My background includes the VA, hospice and community mental health. I came to this work after losing my father, a Vietnam veteran and my closest friend, an Iraq War veteran, to suicide. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches and bring experience in supervision and Medicaid oversight.
I’m straightforward, collaborative and grounded. I’ll meet you with honesty, a bit of humor when it helps and a focus on what actually moves things forward.
