Identifying these thought patterns and learning ways to positively shift our understanding of what we can and cannot control, can help empower us to make important changes. I use a person centered, mindfulness approach to help you identify and manage negative thought patterns and develop new ways of problem solving that empower you to build a healthy relationship with yourself and others.
