*Daytime Appointments Available* My goal for therapy is to connect with people and work side-by-side creating motivation for positive change in their lives. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, various economic and vocational issues, communication problems, LGBT-Q topics, and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, mindfulness, strengths based, and positive psychology.
I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I am currently in network with Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. I also accept self-pay and work with out of network benefits. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, individuals, couples, and families.
