As a previous teacher for students with learning differences, I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, individuals and families struggling with life’s difficulties including anxiety, depression, learning disorders, OCD, and struggles adjusting to change.
With an eclectic focus using modalities such as: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and play therapy, I strive to tailor each client’s treatment plan to their individual needs.
