My goal is to create a safe space that allows each individual to feel supported and heard in their experience. I believe in the importance of meeting each client where they are, increasing self-awareness, identifying strengths, and working alongside each client towards their treatment goals. I use an empathetic and positive, client-centered approach. My areas of interest include perinatal/postpartum mental health, perinatal loss, birth trauma, motherhood, women's issues, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief & loss, and life transitions. I am also Level 1 Gottman trained, and enjoy working with couples.
I am deeply aligned and passionate about advocating and working with women who have experienced perinatal loss. I am in the process of obtaining my Perinatal Mental Health Certification. I provide a warm space for women to continue their healing journey that have experienced perinatal loss, birth trauma, or perinatal mood disorders.
I understand therapy can be an intimidating process, but it can also be the catalyst for tremendous growth, positive change, and healing in your life.
