About
Finding a therapist that is a good fit is an important part of the therapeutic process. I take a creative and supportive perspective when developing treatments with my clients. By using a verity of techniques from art therapy to cognitive behavioral therapy I am able to support my clients in their personal growth and mental health goals.
I work well with teenagers and youth that struggle with body image, self esteem, anger issues, and learning disabilities. I also have worked with adults on an individual basis on stress reduction, improving communication, and working to build stronger relationships in thier lives.
There are times in life when we need support to find our way to piece of mind and balance. Giving yourself the permission to take care of yourself is an important first step. When you are ready to start this journey I am here to help you.
