Short Term Religious Trauma Support Group
If you've been hurt by a religious or spiritual environment - whether through overt harm or subtle, chronic messages that left you feeling afraid, ashamed, or not enough - you're not alone. This 10-week support group aims to provide a container for navigating the aftermath of harmful religious systems and experiences, make room for feelings, connect with others who understand, and bring awareness to what so often gets covered up. Online group with in-person options available, coming Fall 2026.
