My specialties include trauma-informed nervous-system based therapy with a foundation in polyvagal theory, sensory interventions, internal family systems (IFS), somatic therapy, EMDR, EFT, and ACT. With extensive knowledge of relationships and significant training in trauma, I have a burning desire to see you improve and feel better than your first session.
