I practice from an anti-oppressive, intersectional lens. I offer online sessions throughout WA and limited outdoor/ walking sessions in North Seattle. I'd love to connect!
My therapeutic approach is relational, attachment focused, and attuned to the connection between the mind and the body. Folks describe me as warm and attentive, and I’m certainly not against utilizing the healing power of laughter!
I believe going to therapy is one of the best gifts you can give yourself. It can be easy to opt for more individual & isolated routes: denial, avoidance, minimization… but in my experience, more healing is possible when we're willing to let it have time and space outside of ourselves.
