I am a trauma specialist with training in many treatment modalities. I utilize what works for the client as the primary method, incorporating others as appropriate. These include: cognitive behavioral methods, narrative methods, play therapy, trauma treatment, EMDR and group sessions. QuitSmart Smoking Cessation groups and individual service available.
I focus in treating issues of grief and loss, trauma history, first responders and adoptive families. I also have a focus in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) including mandatory referrals. I am also a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and provide trainings on a variety of workplace and mental health subjects.
