Starting therapy is a big step & finding the right therapist can feel scary. Through a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I will assist you on your path to self discovery and healing. Primarily my work has been with adults and adolescents (15 and up). Utilizing a trauma informed & culturally sensitive approach, I help clients to process challenging thoughts, behavioral patterns, and emotions to identify a greater sense of self.
While I have experience working within a wide range of clients, I specialize in individuals who have experienced adverse life experiences that impact their current level of functioning. I will work with you to explore the impact of these events, identify goals, and ways of managing that impact.
Outside of Evidenced Based Practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, MI), I utilize humor and a person centered focus. Therapy is not cookie cutter, and I try to tailer each individual's treatment to meet their specific needs. I look forward to hearing from you and having the privilege of being witness to your story.
