Many of my clients are young adults navigating people-pleasing, boundaries, unresolved trauma, or difficulty expressing their needs—especially in relationships. We’ll figure out how to quiet the people-pleasing, set boundaries that actually stick, and feel more like yourself in your relationships. Therapy is your space to untangle all the ‘shoulds’ and start moving through life with more confidence and calm.
I have 15 years of experience in the mental health field. My goal is to create a space where clients can feel safe exploring the patterns and past experiences that shape how they show up in relationships—with others and with themselves. I help clients build emotional awareness, improve communication, and develop healthier boundaries.
My approach to therapy is relational and rooted in trust. I integrate EMDR and somatic techniques to support deeper healing. It’s an honor to sit with someone in their most vulnerable, human moments—and to offer a space where they don’t have to carry it all alone.
