I work with couples and families of all forms seeking deeper levels of connection and greater ease in navigating life’s challenges. My practice centers on supporting partners who want to explore desire, rekindle intimacy, or talk more openly about sex, as well as those who hold a vision for love and commitment that looks different from what they’ve seen modeled but aren’t sure how to create it. I also support families with adult children navigating the balance between closeness and independence, and those ready to heal old hurts and build new patterns of trust. My practice welcomes every identity and relationship structure.
I help clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen connection, and create more flexible ways of relating—to themselves, others, and their environment. My approach is individualized, identity-affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that people grow best in relationships where they feel safe, seen, and supported.
