It has been said that "the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." Reaching out to begin therapy can be a difficult step that often requires a moment of courage. Even if therapy has been helpful for you before, the idea of starting all over can feel overwhelming. And yet, taking that first step in finding help can begin the process of healing and much-needed relief.

I am a fully licensed psychologist with a true passion for therapy and assessment. I enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds and am sensitive to multicultural issues. My clinical specialties include depression, anxiety, insomnia, identity development, relationship issues, and postpartum mental health.

My assessment specialties include ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities, Executive Functioning, and Mood & Anxiety disorders. In addition to various evidence-based approaches I integrate into my therapeutic work, I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) .
