I tend to work best with individuals and couples who are ready for change, even if they feel unsure where to start. Many of my clients are insightful and motivated, but find themselves repeating patterns in relationships, struggling with emotional intensity, or feeling stuck between wanting things to be different and not knowing how to get there. If you’re open to learning new skills, looking honestly at patterns, and doing meaningful work both in and outside of sessions, we will likely be a strong fit.
I’m a therapist who believes that real change happens when people feel both supported and challenged in the right ways. My work is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), where I work with clients that want to attend individual and group therapy, couples therapy, and DBT informed general therapy.
In our work together, you can expect a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where we focus not only on understanding what’s happening, but also what to do about it. Therapy with me is active, skill-based, and tailored to your unique goals. I understand being vulnerable with a new therapist can be difficult, and I am determined to create a safe space for you.
